Always a musical child, Rhiannon found her first creative outlet in her local Wiltshire amateur dramatics group at the age of 12. Flourishing there gave her the confidence to enter local and then national singing competitions, and after winning the national ‘Festival4stars’ for solo singing, 17-year-old Rhiannon beat hundreds of musicians of all ages to become Classic fm’s ‘Live and Uploaded Best New Talent’. She went on to perform live on radio with Natasha Marsh and Alfie Boe and later that year headlined The Proms at Lacock Abbey in Wiltshire, performing with the London Gala Orchestra and Soprano Juliette Poachin.
Soon after, Rhiannon was spotted as a rising young talent by Indie Music and moved to London bedsit world to be closer to the music industry. Whilst stewarding at the Royal Albert Hall, she secured time working to develop her vocal chords with the renowned coach to the stars Mary Hammond, Head of Music Theatre at the Royal Academy of Music.
From there on, she has spent her time in the capital developing her song writing skills. Alongside working with various writers in the industry—recognised producer Nick Patrick on an original concept for Warner Brothers, and the West End’s renowned musical talent and director Stuart Morley—she has appeared as a soloist at the Proms and formed her own girl group the Alice Theory.
Most recently Rhiannon has joined classical girl group Passionata performing around Europe and the Middle East. She has also been asked to sing for various high profile events in London including McLaren, Formula 1 boss Ron Dennis's 65th Birthday Party. Rhiannon has also taken part in her first televised documentary for TV chef Valentine Warner and begun piloting concepts with renowned production company Valentine Films. Rhiannon is also a proud Ambassador to Kenya for the charity 'Primary Education for All', and works to support and raise funds for the education of the country’s poorest children. This is but the introduction to Rhiannon’s musical career and she is very excited to be given the chance to chase her dreams and share her talent.
